Lillebror
Pratade just med min lillebror i telefonen. Kom just o tanka pa nar han var har o halsade pa i borjan av maj. Det var riktigt trevligt. Han at Hollanska Bitterballen for forsta gangen. Kort beskrivet sa ser det ut som en friterad spya...Ser valdigt aptitligt ut NOT. Det tog mig over 1 ar innan jag ens smakade pa det. Dom flesta hollandare inclusive min man alskar denna skit rent ut sagt. Nu kan jag smaka pa det utan att krakas sjalv. Det tar sig. Jag haller pa att bli hollansk pa riktigt. Vilken hemsk tanke....
I was just talking to my baby brother in the phone. He was here in Holland and visit me in the begging of May. It was a lovely time. He was heating Dutch Bitterballen for the first time. If i should describe it short, it looks like you have deep fried something you just have vomit! Don't looks that nice..i took me over 1 year to just have a thought to try to taste it. the most Dutch people, included my husband loves that shit. now days i can take a small bit except have the feeling that i should vomit. I am getting there. Maybe I am becoming Dutch, What a awful thought....
